I have been constantly pondering on the miracles God has done on this planet. Many people and the skeptic mind is lead to believe that God is perhaps not rational or cannot be proved. Well, there is a very strong proof of God that many of us often cannot see in practice. We have seen machines, powerful engines, jets, weapons everything from technology to many other things that the humans have created. Just as an engineer takes a long time, calculates and then finally designs and creates his masterpiece. In a similar fashion a complicated thing such as the human body and life itself has to be fashioned and designed by a Creator. Just as machines and engines don't fall out of randomness so it goes to reason out that human life has also been created by a Creator Who Best knows His creation and how it works.

Best Wishes

Senses , Illusion and Meditation

I hope the few readers who do happen to drop by this blog enjoy reading it and infact I wish that they start questioning the world we live on, not for the sake of the world but for our own sake. The adventure in which we would realize that everything around us is quite relative, all the enjoyments, the luxurious we live in, our family, relatives and everything that you can name off. It is all relative in such that it all ceases to exist when we cross over during the point of death. Nothing matters at such a point, be that money, fame, power etc. It is the point where we begin to realise that everything we considered Absolute or everything we struggled to achieve does not last long enough and is not strong enough to cross over with us into Absolution. This introduces a lot of fear and anxiety ofcourse it is only humanly to think along such terms. But by questioning and seeking the correct answers in life one can avoid very many instances where doubt brings about the element of fear.

Man is so attached to his 5 senses that he forgets about the sixth sense, a sense with which we all have the ablity to perceive absolute existance. To dwell there is another story but threw meditation and many yogic practices along with living a normal daily life one can achieve a good sense of self and knowledge about the true Almighty. There are different forms threw which one can calm his mind to the point that no external or internal stimulus may distrub it, and at such points one can direct his focus on God and the True Absolute and learn about Him. It is a hard concept for some to grasp and easy for a few others. However, the main point being meditation threw dedication in practice. This is acceptable in all faiths and one and try to achieve this state and however he or she may find it comfortable.

Coming about to the topic of senses, we are all so attached with feeding our 5 senses that we do not really have much time in this world to admire the magic and power of the 6th. The sense of taste overtakes us into eating un-healhty food. One would find it funny to know that all food once gulped down the throat ends up having no taste. However we become what we eat, a healthy diet makes us healthy individuals. The sense of touch is satified by sensual pleasures or threw other means etc etc and the list goes on. So basically all these senses bind us to the mortal relams. I am not trying to imply that one should quit using all his or her senses but rather one should (when time permits) using disciplined approaches try to oversee these five sense and look deep with in himself or herself to bring alive the sixth sense and then work with this sense.

One thing I'm quite certain about is the fact that the true sixth sense is never wrong. Infact, we might think it is wrong since we do not believe in it, however it is not wrong. We judge right and wrong based on our happiness. When situations are such that we feel happy or our ego feels citified we term them as correct or bring about means to justify them as being correct and vice versa. But the sixth sense is always correct, it is a sense that does not know the meaning of EGO nor does it know the meaning of illusion. Einstein once put it quite correctly - Reality is an illusion, albeit a very presistant one. So once a person subparts the elements of EGO, illussion and a few other things, one approaches absolution.

I hope you enjoyed this part of the blog. Feel free to drop me an email and let other's who are interested share their thoughts threw email or on the blog.

Best
Ums

Intelligent Design Theory

Hello to everyone out there after a long while. I have been really busy with my engineering projects and do not often get the time to post liberally my thoughts and views. However once in a while there comes a topic in the news which catches my interest and glance and most importantly gives my senses a reason to think and perhaps share those thoughts.

The recent topic of Intelligent design is quite an interesting theory. I do believe that there is a point where both science and God merges. However such a point would be hard for humans to understand, explain or comprehend. The scientific community is not going to believe in the existance of an Intelligent Designer and the Religious community is not going to reject the presence of God. All in all it would be a time consuming argument and or theories which would never amount upto anything. This is ofcourse if both sides give an open chance and be willing to work hand in hand rather then work against each other as the case seems to be happening.

My views:
I have always believed both rationally (to a point) and faithfully (beyond all points) in the presence of a creator who is both intelligent and ever lasting. I would like to point out to the so called critics of the intelligent design theory: Weather than can prove the creation of their parents by using logical first hand experience. I am sure as kids all the so called scientists learn about their parents from in-direct expriences which are shared with them through their parents, uncles, aunt's, relatives all contemporaries of their parents. No matter how scientific the professor at the university is, no matter which phd qualification he holds, he CANNOT and WILL not ever be able to experimentally prove through first hand experience how his parents were created. Then how can we mere humans with limited ablity and limited intelligence prove or describe our creator "The Intelligent God" directly or with experimentation. We will never ever be able to do it, all we could do is rely on indirect evidence which again is at the liberty of the speaker. He/she can twist it to whatever he or she desires. I am sure the logical reader will understand this viewpoint that a cause can create and effect however an effect cannot predict the occurrence of a cause to any probable garurantee.

Secondly, we should not discard things we don't understand as being metaphysical or term them as ignorant logical. We should take the steps and iniative from all perspectives to try to understand them and try to explain them to the best of our ablities. If we cannot explain them we should draw on the qualities of humility and not ego, and accept that such qualities and designs are created by a being which is superior in intelligence to us. The scientific community is under the notion that they solely are superior in terms of the IQ factor and that nothing can really surpass them. The hardcore scientific community believes that everything can be explained by experiments and reproduciblity. Yet, we see so many people being born and so many people dying everyday and still we cannot interfere with this basic process of life and death which has been going on for so many millions of years. Insipid of seeing reproduciblity and trends we are unable to control death or bring life within an experimental setup laboratory. Ofcourse we can use the raw materials and cells already alive to clone things and make stuff. Nonethless we cannot put life into the inanimate or things that are not naturally alive.

It only makes sense to believe in a logical manner that just as we humans with our limited intelligence have carried out tasks like cloning. The supreme being we call God out of His highest Intelligence has created and put life and energy within human beings. The sheep dolly would however believe that inspite of being cloned by humans she was given birth by her own species which is not the case we we know, however to dolly the sheep her creator would be her sheep mother. In a similar fashion much of the scientific community is living in ignorance which is overshadowed by certain rigid rules which cannot handle the unknown or cannot even being to explore the unknown. All that is happening in the scientific community and as they term it is - Research. Something that has already been given and these folks with their phd's are researching it over and over again till by 'LUCK' they happen to accidently stumble on something new which they claim to have been given through by following the rules of scientific reasoning. I think its quite hypocritical. Fire was discovered by accident and so was pencilline the great antibiotic. Oh yes, ofcourse there are those who sit in their labs day in and day out experimenting with the same stuff over and over again till they find the best product which can be used by everyone in the world - This they call science, however this I call plain optimization which even a child in a secondary school would be able to accomplish provided the right impetus.

A phd sits in his lab day in and day out carrying out experimentation based on rules and foundations laid down by his superiors in the field. Now give this task to a 15 year kid with average intelligence and tell him to note down his findings and to keep at it till he discovers something new - a variation perhaps or even to optimize the existing design so that it can have economical benefits. Well there you go we have a 15 year old PhD. Funny as it may sound but this is the true case of science in the present world. Inspite of all the rockets and space technology and the bluff of being able to conquer outerspace. We are unable to prevent earthquakes or storms or hurricanes on earth. I suggest the scientific community to take a break from outer space and start concentrating on whats happening here on earth.

Well there are many things I can go about ranting in one post. However without divulging much off topic, I would want to suggest that the inventor always holds the key to its creation its not vice versa. Gary kasparov was able to beat deep blue inspite of the computer capable of thinking millions of moves ahead in a chess match. Reason being computers are not intelligent but humans are so we can always outpace them the question is how obsessed we are with the goal in mind. Simliarly it goes with the Intelligent designer He will always out run us in experimentation and be obsecure. The best path to seek Him would be through faith and open heartedness and an ability to see beyond science and experiments. Then we will learn to walk on a totally new road, a road where we will learn things that will not destroy us but rather helps us to be better humans. Things that will not teach us to fear death but will rather teach us to learn about death and realms beyond death. Un-like modern technology that has made mankind lazy and also given rise to many new forms of diseases and sicknesses. Whats the point of medication or research when science is creating an equal amount if not more of dieases by producing wastes and chemicals from manufacturing medicines.

On the concept of WW III

On the Dynamics of Human Philosophy

Well, admist my exams had a few thoughts to put on this and share with the folks of the world. I have been practicing the eastern system of astrology for quite a long time, one reason being I find it very fascinating on how planets affect the course of events in this world. I have been very interested in the way the cosmos works. After all we are all STAR MATTER :) ......

I few of my friends were asking the other day as to what I thought about the present nature of world affairs and I got into quite a discussion. It is my firm belief that inspite of the preventative measures we might take to avoid a new WORLD WAR. I still feel apprehensive and certain that the events of the world are drawing close such a situation becoming quite a reality. There could be quite a few planetry combinations that I could cite leading me to believe a WW senerio. However, I will refrain from mentioning about such combinations at this point solely because much of the general public would not be able to comprehend the nature of the details.

I would put a dot on the timeline at about 2009, the nature of world affairs at that point would be trurly remarkable in terms of complexity and aggresivness. One of the major reasons for such a war to come about would be the negligance of many to understand the importance of peace but rather have a one sided approach trying to satify their own ego and judgments. Perhaps the present nature of things and minor scale wars have been a result of knowledge from the past, from seers like Nostradamus and some others who have prophecied that such a war might happen during the late 90s and early 2000. It's my belief and thought that the nature of present forigen policy and the small scale war we hear about in the news has been a result of trying to PREVENT a bigger WAR. Hence, the intellects , strategist and policy makers might have decided based on all the knowledge from the past that the decisions they take presently might avert a large scale war or a threat. But DESTINEY has its way, what is written in the stars must happen someway or another, in this case even the best decisions by the best politicans and decision makers are doing nothing but DE-stabalizing the current world conditions. People are fighting on the name of religion, caste, creed. Dying by the day in unmeasurable numbers. It no different from the primitive times, yet the human race proclaims to be technologically and ethicially advanced. I wonder and can only wonder in amusement how such statments are passed.

I hope the stronger help the weaker rather than intimdating them or showing their might, the people involved in war think for a second of not the pride but rather the worthlessness of such a cause which only leads to death and after the soul crosses over it cannot remember a single thought in this world.

God Bless and hope well :)

On the Dynamics of Human Philosophy

On the Dynamics of Human Philosophy

Something fishy going on with the posts...cant seem to be able to publish them in a proper order....hmmm

The Power of Money

Money VS chaos

I think we should let money be our necessity and not weakness. The problem we humans face in the present era is the heavy dependence on money and for most of us its a just cause, a just battle. But what happens when we get money, atleast the few lucky ones amongest us, more than often our egos shoot head up high and we lose control of the rhythm of life.

I think money forms and intergral part for most of us, we need it to feel a sense of security to feel wanted in the society and many more. Infact we need it to fill our tummies with food, and only after that would our minds work or think about any thoughts including God itself. But the problem lies in the power we have given to money. This power has ultimately overtaken the power of the human creation. A piece of paper called the 'money' has been given power way beyond human compassion, love, caring and rather has been successful in attracting the negative quality like hate, sensuality, war, crime and power most of all its given a boost to our EGO something that I define as the worst quality of all.

Personal Intelligence

The Sub conscious Intelligence Vs. Rational Thought

Well Luther Vanrdoss passed away, a real good vocalist and R&B singer. I hear the news everyday where scientists, politicians and the likes of such people argue about how correct they are and how wrong everyone is and providing facts and rational viewpoints to justify their case of thought.

Imagine running your body and every chemical process with this rational mind of our's this so called intelligent mind of ours, this so called mind that understands right and wrong and that discriminates people and things based on this own little defination. The suprising part is the body would not last a second if the control is given to such a mind. Firstly it would not be able to handle so many processes and secondly it does not hold the power that we believe it holds.

The true essence of the power lies in the so called sub consious mind that we often ignore and often leave behind in our daily lives atleast unintentionally speaking. Perhaps we should develop such a mind, such a thought that talks about peace and non discrimination. A thought that is stable and serene, a state which will help us to determine the relatively speaking correct course of action in most of the situations we face in our lives.

Mortal knowledge will be lost once the sub consious soul departs the physical level of existances. It is only the knowlegde and thoughts that are mend and programmed into the sub consious realm that might survive the point of crossing over.

God Sped

Nature of Death

On the Dynamics of Human Philosophy

Many people often wonder on what it would be to 'Live after Death'. It's a question that has been pondered on by many philosophers and spritiualists alike and there have been many definitions and opinions given on the subject. I believe that the human mind and the body are just machines or instruments so to speak of which are driven by the soul power which forms the energy that drives these instruments.

However the funny thing with this soul energy is its ability to take the shape and thoughts of any body or mind it is exposed too, more so after death. I imagine that once a person dies, the individual existance of ego and thoughts ceases to exist completely. But the soul energy however escapes the body and can take different other life forms or perhaps take no life form every again. It depends on the higher intelligence we refer to as God who decides the nature of how this energy is maintained and where it finally goes.

On the Dynamics of Human Philosophy

On the Dynamics of Human Philosophy

It's been a long while since the post on blog spot. Almost 2 months and perhaps more. I'd been really busy with school and work and was unable to post thoughts online. The other reason being that the internet is such a vast space that thought might totally get lost on the net. In contrast, the human brain might still hold obsecure thoughts that could come back to recollection provided we stress our minds to get these lost thought. However the net being such a vast space often leads to the total disapperance of thoughts, pages etc. Unless they are liked by the audience and perhaps more so liked by the SEARCH ENGINES.....

I will maybe try to post more often :)

Intuition Vs Education or Knowledge

On the Dynamics of Human Philosophy

It holds a lot of significance in daily life, we all exprience it yet we are oblivious to it in many ways. It cannot be proved on an rational basis but we do often refer to it as our 'gut feeling' or a strong sense of knowing when we go about our daily lives.

If we can incorporate intution in a borader sense in the working of our daily lives we can achieve so much more. The potentially exists yet we are oblivious to this potential. It is perhaps because we have set so many limitation on our mind and our senses. Often getting pre-occupied with the minor issues of life that we neglect the major issues and fill our minds by concerning ourselves with petty issues. I wonder what it would be to live in world that was relaying solely on intuition. Some people would argue that if one solely relied on intution then we would end up being wrong many a times. This I believe would not be the case depending on how strongly we believe in ourselves. If the desire to know something and to achieve something is strong and we completely surrender our believe in such a desire then we will start to attain the or get closer to the 'Truth Factor'.

Just as all the five fingers are not the same or alike and just as no two people can have the excat set of hand prints in a simliar fashion no two people can ever think alike or can ever completely agree. It would only make sense to believe that Intution in a simliar fashion would never be similar and that it would be unique. But in comparision to the other sense we daily use or the 5 sense we rely on (such as the taste, feel, etc) intution is one of those sense which would never and I mean NEVER go wrong provided that we give it sufficient thought and belief.

Infact many of the scientific inventions we so called boom of science infact have begun as a single thought in someone's mind and these thoughts can be considered as an advanced level of intuition. When we look at many of the inventions or innovations they have been a results of a newer idea as opposed to reseach which we carry out in school or while studying. Much of the focus at school concerns with learning old concepts and refining them, the knowlegde already exits and we simply learn it and try to refine it futher down and perhaps use it in different application. But imagine a person who can imagine and create ideas from nothing, this has happened in the past yet we have termed such people intellectuals in the context of education not realising that their ideas and inventions were not fueled by some research but rather by intuition and imagination. There are many examples I could give, Einstein, Newton, Fleming, Grahme Bell. Many of these inventors or scientists have used their own imaginations to ponder and create ideas and inventions that have not been touched by their predecessors.

In contrast we see many more educationalists and intellectuals coming out of universities and schools of higher studies, yet their imaginations are curtailed and limited by what they have learned. The creative aspect of their workings have been limited and mended in a particular direction by their learning style and hence they most often cannot see into the other side or they cannot be open to new ideas.

This is very INTUITION comes into play, a simple term, yet holding the essence to achiving many advancements that we can only dream of today.

Ums

Science touches the essence of Spirituality

Science touches the essence of spirituality.

To those of you who are familiar with the science of thermodynamics would have come across the basic 3 laws of thermodynamics. I think the first two laws of thermodynamics come very close in touching the essence of life and matter itself, in explaining our basic dimension. One of the law of thermodynamics states that "Energy can neither be created nor destroyed, and that this energy can only transform into a different form". The other law of thermodynamics states that "The total disorder or randomness (entropy) of the universe will increase with every natural spontaneous change".

I think these two laws go a long way in making us understand some of the deeper mysteries of life and origin. Firstly, even the enlightened Spritualists, Seers, Prophets and Truth Seekers have admitted that we are nothing but energy. The eastern religions and philosophies have coined the term 'chakras' where as the western religions and mystics see it or define it as white light, spirits etc. But all in all they are all pointing towards instances of energy or energies that is within us and surround us. Hence its can be reasonably assumed that as we die our energy will only transform from one form which we can call dimension for our comprehension to another form or dimension. I will get back to more of this later on during my discussions on how thermodynamics touches the essence of life.

Moving onto the second law of thermodynamics which again makes us understand the reasons for death, fights and chaos that is spreading around the world with increasing population. This is directly related to an increase of disorder in the universe. Just as it is easy to throw a glass of water and break it, it is in a similar fashion easy to cause destruction in any matter we undertake or think along the lines of destruction. The reason for anger and destruction around the world can partly be blamed on circumstances that surround each individual but most importantly it is the natural tendency of nature to get disorganized and change into a more chaotic state of being.

Now to bring my point into consideration, I can fairly assume these two laws to hold a certain 'Truth Value' in regards to spirituality and Human behavior. On the other hand if I were to apply the 3rd law of mechanics of the great Sir Isaac Newton - which states that to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. That particular law would fail in the above discussion and break down quite terribly since I would and could very well imply that to every action (by which I could refer to disaster or destruction) there is an equal and OPPOSITE reaction (by which I could refer to re-building or complete harmony of the world or circumstances or in order words reversal of destruction). This would mean something very different and illogical in the context of what we see around us everyday in terms of destruction. Hence I would say that this law does not really come close to the 'Truth Factor'.

By 'Truth Factor' again I mean anything that would hold true everywhere and in all cases. It is a really hard quantity to define or find and we can at this point only rely on our experiments and observations and say something is true unless otherwise proven wrong. A fair example of this would be that many a times a scientist has been wrong and has his theory disapproved for some reason or another, or that a newer theory has sounded and proved more appealing based on our experiments and this had led to the acceptance of the newer theory and discarding of the old theory.

Introductory Thoughts

On the Dynamics of Human Philosophy

The human mind is a very complex organ so to speak of and it often is involved with many of the wonders that we see around us today. There have been very many spritual and philosophical seeks from time which dates back to the beginning of civilization itself. I often tend to wonder how did their thinking process would have guided them provided differential cirumstances existed during different eras in time. Though I can assure myself of one thing that has been common throught the ages - "Emotions and Power". It has been seen in every phase of human evolution. People have time and again tried to achieve power, superiority and perhaps knowledge, not necessarily the Truth but knowledge that they can and could use to futher their own existance and motives. Most of the times such quest for power and knowledge has resulted in a mis-balance of what I may call 'The Happiness Factor".

There have been many branches of knowledge from spritiual to scientific but each having its own share of advantages and disadvantages. Though it is hard to quatify knowledge in absolute terms of advantage or disadvantage. Yet, I believe that it is very possible to seek and know the Truth - Something which does not vary with time and place and is absolute in existance. Something which does not manifests in different forms and something that imparts the same knowledge to all without the scope of conflict or error in who soever precieves it and in whatever fashion.

Perhaps that has been one of my motives in opening this blog and to share thoughts and expriences and get feedback and similar experiences from people out there, helping me grow as an individual and also helping such a community dicover new possible outcomes of human thoughts. The most complex phenomena out there. Spritualists have termed this 'Truth Factor' as Enlightenment and as far as science goes, it is quite far away to even begin defining such concepts. I would try to keep my posts un-baised solely because I am a student of science yet I feel there is much more to the working of the world than pure science could explain. This is not to say that science should be discarded or that one should completely turn away and discard scientific principles. But this is only to say that we should collectively try to seek avenues and dimensions higher than that science can explain by using tools and/or developing tools that do not confine our thinking to a purely rational and scientific level.

I have along with studying engineering and pure sciences have been a student of astrology, astronomy and the spritiual side of things. The only difference I would consider in myself is that I've never been really carried away be any of the above mentioned subjects since they have never been able to clearly explain and differentiate the various questions that arise in my head while I meditate and while I see the pratical workings of the world and human interactions. For instance, when I studied astrology and came into contact with various astrologers, the majority of them atleast, were obessed with thinking that they knew everything from the life of a human birth to the death of the same human and this does not seem to be the case. But many are not willing to accept the limitation of mortal knowledge and hence continue to follow a path that cannot transverse the mortal realm and is bounded by the many limitation of this plane. The same applies to any knowledge we seek here, but it does not contain or have a strong 'Truth Factor'. It is such a knowledge that will be gained in much when a person is born and will be completely lost when a person dies, or better put crosses over. Though inspite of this, it is my firm belief and I sure hope the belief of many that there exists a certain knowledge set that will continue on and on no matter how or what dimension we exist in and no matter who we look at it. This knowledge or 'Truth Factor' will only keep our energy in harmony with that of nature's and will bring us a step closer to prefectionisum.

Hope you enjoy your stay

Ums
